Chris Chicko, Owner

Knowing I was a hands-on person, I earned my degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. I began my career as a millwright while interning with an industrial construction company during college. I enjoyed my time there while diligently learning this industry, but I soon figured out my heart belonged to residential building.

After moving to the Austin area, I sharpened my skills while working with the major homebuilders for a number of years.  I spent a lot of time learning how I wanted to do things different — better. I started Three Oaks Homes in 2008, with the simple vision of delivering a quality home that was built with honesty and integrity. I’ve been building homes in Wimberley and the surrounding areas ever since.

I now have two sons ..... Alex and Zack keep my life very full and busy! In addition to building custom homes, I'm also focused on building our own family traditions and values.

Linda Webb, Client Services

Linda joined Three Oaks Homes mid-year 2013. Linda has been a Texas Realtor for almost 10-years. I met her when I was selling my first spec home in 2007 and soon came to depend upon her extensive knowledge of the local real estate markets. As a native Houstonian, Linda has owned several investment properties and worked in the technology departments for the major oil and gas companies. Since moving to Wimberley in 2002, Linda has built four custom homes and is well acquainted with the design process and assists with coordinating construction schedules as well. Linda helps guide our custom home buyers through their selections process, helps facilitate budget management and makes certain open communication is flowing from buyer to builder and vice-versa at all times.

In her spare time, Linda is still active in the local real estate market, currently a Board Member with the Wimberley Chamber of Commerce and a big supporter of Wimberley WAG Rescue group. She also tends to ranch duties on a ranchette she owns about 2 hours west of the Wimberley area. When not doing any of the above, you can likely find her keeping I-10 pretty busy with visiting family, including her daughter and two grandsons, in the Houston area
